POSITION TITLE: Pastry Chef

JOB DUTIES: Prepare and bake various types of bread, cakes, Chinese and western pastries, and other baked goods. Measure and mix ingredients, kneading, rolling, cutting, and shaping dough by hand or using machines. Adjust and develop recipes and menus featuring Chinese and western pastries as well as western based on customer preferences and market trends. Set up and operate baking equipment, such as ovens, mixers, and slicers. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements: 48 months of experience as a Pastry,  Baker.

Special Requirements: Certificate in Chinese pastry and western pastry issued by professional organization or governmental authority in any country.

Rate of Pay: Full time, permanent position with annual rate of $ 79,040/year
